First Nap: Totoro Awakens! [Action]
[Hello Lucetians. Today is your lucky day, because somewhere in the village...Totoro is taking a nap. Maybe he's in your living room? Maybe he's in your bathtub? Your private cave? Perhaps he's been deposited in a Community House kitchen, and it's entirely possible he's also been stuck inside a shop or sitting on a bridge blocking it up. And wings or no wings, he's very much asleep and doesn't seem to mind much. Of course you might, given that he's enormous and furry and snoring really loudly.
And for whatever reason, there is a pair of New Feather pants sitting beside him along with a small pile of acorns, a journal labeled Totoro sitting on the little bundle. If he's outside, his ears flick irritably in the rain, but it doesn't bother him too much. But maybe an umbrella would be nice too. Since the Kusakabe sisters aren't here, anyway.
Do you wake up the enormous fluffball or let it keep interfering with your day? He's not gonna move on his own accord, that much is obvious.]
[Later on, when Totoro's inevitably been woken up, he waddles out to explore the town in the rain, not bothering to hide. One big, clawed hand grasps an umbrella and he's got a journal tucked under one arm. That's what humans do with books, right? He doesn't know how to work it, but it seems to be something he should keep anyway. And besides, it was a gift from whoever brought him here. He'll be on the lookout for Mini-Totoro on his walk, so if you've seen a little white fluffball that looks a lot like the big one, maybe point him in the right direction? He's not going to bite, and he certainly appears to be friendly and peaceful!
Anyone who stops to say hello can expect to be received by the enormous creature with a wide smile and a fluttering of whiskers. And if you're nice? Maybe he'll even give you an acorn.
Maybe.]
((ooc: If you want Totoro to wake up in your place, go for it. Break time, send him anywhere you want! I'm cool with anything.))

Ah, hello? [He's not actually expecting it to talk to him, but he is very curious to see what it does...]
no subject
Mrrr?
[He can't really speak, no, but he can be friendly as can be!]

Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you! It's not often that I meet one such as yourself--at least, not as many with a similar taste in appearance. [Other than Snorlax maybe, but Totoro is obviously a lot fluffier than the Sleeping Pokemon in Kanto...]

Then, mimicking what he's seen the Kusakabe's do, he bows in greeting.]
Too...too...roooooo
[His voice is like a small avalanche, a gravelly rumble deep in his chest.]
no subject
[it's okay if Totoro doesn't know what that is, it's kind of a habit that he still introduces himself with that title even here ^^;;]

Mrrrr!
[He quirks his head and sniffs, whiskers flickering from side to side.]
Mmmmm.
[You smell different...strange...and he looks a little confused as he gestures with one arm all around him. Where is he?]
no subject
You're new here, right? I can't say I know anything about where you were before, but this is Luceti. Everyone has been brought here from their own homes as well. [Would someone as big as Totoro have even noticed the wings or thought anything odd about them?] Luceti has a strange flavor to it, but I don't think it's impossible for some people to grow accustomed to it, once it's had more time to ripen for them.
[In other words, weird things happen here but there are people who manage to get used to it.]

[He'll try and sound it out, a slow rumble deep in his chest. It's not quite perfect, but what do you want from him Cilan?
Srsly.
Still, he plants his paws on his hips and looks around at the place approvingly. It doesn't smell bad at all, and there's a pleased look in his eye. New places to play, and new friends!]

If there's anything else you'd like to know or need help with, I'll gladly offer any assistance I can! [Totoro might not be a Pokemon, but he's very interesting!]
no subject
Too?

Hmmm...
Hmmm......
The only thing that comes to mind is fish. He is a bear-thing after all. But how to say that?
He'll point at the river and wiggle his arms, miming a fish swimming as best as he can.]
Mrrrr?
no subject
[Just to confirm and all--admittedly, being a guy from the Pokemon world, the types of fish he's familiar with is likely very different than the types of fish Totoro knows of.]

[Does Totoro like eating them raw or cooked? We can help procure them and cook the fish for them if it would like us to.]

[Even if he kind of doubts that Totoro would get in through the door so he'd likely have to wait outside anyway.]

[Luckily it's not too far of a walk from here to the plaza where the shops are. Cilan will happily lead the way, and will helpfully point out what is what here--that building is a restaurant, there is a clinic, and such on until they reach the grocery, where he plans to look to see if they have any fish available to eat.] Here we are--this is the grocery. You'll wait here while I go take a look?
Sorry this is short.
[He nods, content to wait!]
That's fine!
Well, it looks like they do have fish available today--they're kept cold though to help them stay fresh. [Totoro could still eat them raw, but they'll likely taste better cooked or if given another minute or two to thaw out more.]

[Maybe he could show the way to his place where it's less crowded with people unlike the plaza, and he'll have access to his kitchen where he can better serve these fish...]

Wait here for just a few more minutes, okay? I have to go inside to better prepare these for you to eat. [But he feels bad about making Totoro wait outside on it's own again (as he sort of doubts it getting in through the door), so after a moment of thought, he takes out two pokeballs to open. Say hi to the small green monkey and the large hermit crab that appears now, looking up curiously at the large...well, not a Pokemon.] These are my friends Pansage and Crustle. Pansage, Crustle, this is Totoro. Could you keep him company while I work in the kitchen?
[They both nod before making a waving motion at Totoro, Pansage even hopping up to stand on Crustle's shell so that it's not so low to the ground to greet it. Hi, nice to meet you?]
